He also discusses his work in creating opportunities for African American entrepreneurs through the Herman J. Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship.

With more than 25 years of experience in beverage distribution, consumer marketing, banking, construction, and real estate, Jerome Russell also involved in various business and civic pursuits, serving on the board of several organizations such as Citizens Trust Bank, West End CID, Metro Atlanta YMCA, and the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
